When can I place an order?

You can place an order 24 hours a day using the internet or fax. Phone orders from 8:00am. - 5 pm. Messages are monitored constantly. Your call is important to us.

What are the cutoff times to place an order and have it delivered the next day?

Orders for produce will be delivered Friday. Orders must be placed by 9:00 am Thursday for Friday delivery. Orders for meat will be delivered on Friday. Orders for meat must be placed by 12:00 p.m. Saturday for delivery next Friday. Meat order received after the Saturday cutoff will be delivered the on the Friday of the following week. Rabbits may be ordered up to Wednesday Noon the same week of delivery.

How do I place an order I need delivered the next day after the ordering deadline?

Please call the number you see at the bottom of the screen after you login we'll do everything we can to see you get what you need.

Something is missing from my order. What do I do?

If anything is missing from your order call our number located at the bottom of the screen after you login. We check your order before it's put on our truck, and check it off as it's delivered at your location, so we try to make sure nothings missed.

Can I order what is still only listed as planted and not available?

You may pre-purchase our entire stock of an item if you wish please call and lets us know. We may be able to plant more for you.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Orders for produce carry a minimum order of $50. Any order under $50 will carry a $25 delivery fee.

Are all of your products organic?

Some of our products are labeled USDA Certified Organic. All other are grown sustainably. Because certification is an expensive and time consuming process all of our farmers adhere to our rules regarding the raising of animals and plants, in a natural and chemical free way.

What does sustainable mean?

Our farmers use sustainable growing methods, which means a consideration of what is grown and how it’s grown that does not compromise the growing environment or the ecological systems in which it is grown. The use of artificial fertilizers or pesticides is not permitted in sustainable agriculture.

What do I do if I'm unsatisfied with anything in my order?

We will do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied with our products. If we fail to satisfy your needs, we will give you a 25% discount on your next order.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently we accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Please let us know if you have a preferred method of payment and we will try to accomodate you.
